We draw strength from our 32-member strong kitchen staff, who are mainly graduates of prestigious institutions such as William Angliss, with years of experience. Chef Ajith Dammalage who heads the team, has 35 years of experience working in both local and international hotels and establishments from the UK to Thailand. With our kitchen staff at Havelock City, Orion City, and The Grand, we can cater to private & large functions.


We take great care to maintain our kitchen and meet international and local standards. With our butchery, deep kitchen, and bakery, we are equipped to quickly provide you with the meal you desire.
